Get help
Send an email to support@octopoke.com. In Octopoke, you can also tap Settings, then Contact support.
Include your iPhone model and the Octopoke version in your message. The version is at the bottom of Settings. Do not send your health data unless we ask for it.
Export your data
- Open Octopoke and tap Settings.
- In Your data, tap Export my data.
- Choose JSON to restore it in Octopoke later, or CSV for a spreadsheet.
- Choose where to save or send the file.
To restore a JSON file, tap Restore from a file. This replaces the data in Octopoke now.
Delete your data
To delete one shot or side effect, open History and swipe left on it. Then tap Delete.
To delete one weight, open Progress. Touch and hold the weight, then tap Delete.
To delete all your data:
- Open Settings, then Your data.
- Tap Delete all data.
- Tap Export first if you want a copy.
- Tap Delete all data to confirm.
This deletes your shots, weights, side effects, goal, settings and reminders. It also ends the Live Activity. Your Apple Watch deletes its copy when it next connects to your iPhone. You cannot undo it.
In Apple Health, Octopoke deletes only the weights that it saved. Weights from other apps stay in Apple Health.
Cancel a subscription
Apple handles all payments for Octopoke. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Octopoke, then Cancel Subscription.
You keep access until the end of the period that you paid for. Apple shows the steps on Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Ask Apple for a refund
Only Apple can give a refund for an App Store purchase. To ask for one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Tap “I'd like to”, then choose “Request a refund”.
- Choose the reason, then choose Next.
- Choose Octopoke, then choose Submit.
Apple shows the steps on Request a refund for apps or content. If you need help, send us an email.
Medical note
Octopoke is not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat a condition. The medicine level is an estimate, not a blood test.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your dose, a missed dose and side effects. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
